Housing Capital Investment throughout 2014 Increased 110%

While Cambodia has high economic growth and population growth is dramatically increasing, it has brought the housing construction project throughout the country at the end of 2014 increased up to 110% compare to the same period in 2013.

According to report of the Ministry of Land Management, Urbanization and Construction, the capital investment in housing construction project at the end of 2014 totally cost 1,350 million dollars including 7,423 housing compare to the same period in 2013 totally cost only 644 million dollars including 7,011 housing, which means it increases 110%.

Mr. Loa TepSeyha, deputy director of construction department, told that the increase of housing because of the economic growth, stability in the country, good standard of living of population and population growth. This has increasingly pushed the purchasing and selling. Real Estate in Cambodia
