According to Uruguay captain Diego Lugano, team-mate Luis Suarez is being victimised after he was alleged to have bitten Italy's Giorgio Chiellini. After the 1-0 win over Italy, Uruguay can progress to the last 16, but a sad thing happens related to Suarez’s being alleged to have bitten Giorgio.
