World Cup 2014: Low delighted to see his team have the work done in extra time
Germany coach Joachim Low feels proud of his side’s fighting qualities after the 2-1 victory over Algeria. The goals were attributable to Andre Schurrle and Mesut Ozil in extra-time. Low believed Germany could have won its opponent in normal time, but felt it was ok that his team could end up defeating its rival.
The coach said: "In the end it was a victory for willpower. In reality, we should have decided the game in normal time. We created a lot of chances.” As highlighted by Agen Bola indo11.com
He added: "In extra-time all the players were at their limit. Sometimes in tournaments you have matches like this where you have to fight until the end."
